You will receive 12 months of individual coaching and consulting services from a qualified expert. During the monthly coaching calls, you coach will guide through a development plan which will include your own personal goals, your company goals, and your transitional leadership plan (if applicable). This custom service will be designed just for you as we know that no two participants are alike and no two company situations are the same.
Every other month, you coach will visit you on-site at your business location. That time will be devoted to business issues and may include personnel evaluation, business analysis, organizational issues, succession planning, business valuation, and more. The agenda will be entirely up to you and, if applicable, to the owner of the company sponsoring you.
During the course of the year, members will be
encouraged to participate in webinars delivered
by various experts on topics like: succession
planning, transitional leadership, growth
strategies, business valuation, and tax tips
for privately-owned businesses. If there are
special requests from the group for additional
training, we will do everything in our power to
accommodate your needs.
