Through our partnership with TalentQuest, you will complete a variety of executive assessment tools used by major corporations. The assessments will be administered during the 30 days following your first session at Wharton. The results of those assessments will be evaluated by their team of highly-skilled psychologists and a special report will be prepared for you. You and your coach will go to Atlanta in month two for a private three-hour session to discuss the results.

Assessments will be chosen on the needs of each individual but may include the following:

          TalentQuest Personality Assessment
          TalentQuest 360 Degree Feedback Survey
          Emotional Intelligence Survey
          FIRO-B
          Meyers-Briggs Trait Inventory
          The Leadership Values Inventory

The benefit of this experience is to learn more about your leadership profile, your personality profile, your personal preferences, how others view you, and your emotional intelligence inventory. You and your coach will use this information to develop a leadership development plan for you throughout the year and going forward.

We will benchmark your progress together and
reassess at the end of the year. You will learn
how to adapt your leadership style to your
specific situation. We are there to help you grow
